Booking chatbot: a guest picks a table or a bay on the floor plan
A booking chatbot fits wherever an appointment depends on a time and a place: a table in a bar, a bay in a tire shop, a chair in a salon. The guest does not type "a table for two this evening"; they open a plan and pick a particular seat. We built such demos for three niches on one base, and below is how it works and where the limits are.
What a booking chatbot looks like for a bar table
In the bar demo the floor plan has a main hall, a lounge zone, a terrace and a VIP room. It holds twelve tables seating from two to ten people. There are tabs for Today, Tomorrow and The Day After, free and busy seats are marked, and the page refreshes every thirty seconds so the plan does not go stale. You can see it here: the demo floor plan.
The guest picks a specific table instead of sending a request into the void. In the demo bar chat the booking chatbot asks for the date, time and number of guests, picks a free table, asks for a name and phone number, and confirms the booking with a "Confirm" button. An administrator then calls back.
Where the booking goes
A booking lands in a database, not in an administrator's notebook: it holds tables, bookings and busy slots. The owner has a booking journal and a live view of the hall that shows what is occupied right now. Because of this the same slot cannot be sold twice, and double bookings do not pile up in a chat.
A booking chatbot for a tire shop
The second niche on the same plan is a tire shop. The demo has three service bays, each with its own booking windows, and the landing page has buttons "Book in Telegram" and "Book in MAX". The live bay plan demo shows how the same base moves from dining tables to working bays.
The logic is the same: a place, a time, a confirmation. Names, capacity and slot length change. So a niche is configured, not designed again.
The third niche and the template
The third demo is built for a beauty salon. We prepared a niche template: a new niche is added by configuration, not by changing code. A booking chatbot for another field, a dental clinic, a car wash or a studio, needs a description of places, working hours and service durations, and that is faster than writing a system from scratch.
Honest limits
These are demo stands. A booking chatbot has no real venue clients yet, and no case study with figures. We do not name occupancy, growth in bookings or the time the bot "saves": such data will appear after the first real connection.
We do not connect bill payment from a table, because the receipt has to go through the venue's cash register. We do not generate dish photos with a neural network, because a guest will compare the picture with the plate. We do not remove negative reviews from maps or filter reviews by rating.
What a booking chatbot costs
There is no public price for venues: the cost depends on the number of places, the niche and the channels. The general benchmark for a chatbot is from 510 $ on the pricing page, and the final figure is set after a brief. If you run a bar, a service or a salon, describe the task through contacts.
How it connects to the rest
The booking journal can be kept in your own CRM built for your niche; see the CRM Development service. How requests without a time slot reach the owner is on the page about the lead capture chatbot, and Telegram as a channel is on the page about the Telegram chatbot.
FAQ
Will the guest choose a table by themselves?
Yes, on the floor plan. Busy tables are marked and the plan refreshes every thirty seconds. A live example is the bar plan above.
Does it fit more than a bar?
We show three demo niches on one plan of places: a bar, a tire shop and a salon. The niche template lets you add a new one by configuration. There are no live clients for this function yet, and we say so plainly.
How much does connecting a venue cost?
There is no separate public price; we discuss it after a brief. The general benchmark for a chatbot is from 510 $.
