Chatbot integrations: CRM, notifications, webhooks, Supabase and n8n
Chatbot integration with the outside world answers the question "where do requests go after the dialog". A bot that only talks leaves the owner with manual work: copy the contact, create a deal, keep from losing an email. Below is what we connect today, and what we deliberately leave for the brief.
Chatbot integrations with a CRM: what is confirmed
First of all there is our own CRM built for your process. A deal is created in it from the dialog, and incoming emails are handled by the bot, which puts a draft reply into the CRM. The CRM Development service accepts requests from the site, bots and email through integrations, starts at 1,150 $, and the code remains yours and runs on your server; details are on the CRM Development page.
If you already have an accounting system, a chatbot with a CRM connects through an API and webhooks. We do not name a fixed list of ready connectors to third-party systems in advance: it depends on your system, and we set it in the brief instead of promising it on a page.
Webhooks and notifications
Three things work without extra development. First, receiving requests from a site. Second, receiving events from external systems and sending a notification to Telegram. Third, a small relay that turns a request into an email for sites that have no outgoing mail of their own. The simplest chatbot integrations follow one principle: an event happened, the owner knew about it at once, without refreshing pages.
What a lead card looks like and who gets it is described on the page about the lead capture chatbot.
Supabase: the base of the starter kit
The Telegram bot starter kit for $49 is built on Supabase. The Telegram webhook arrives at a cloud function, secrets sit in a protected vault, sends run on a schedule, and the bot texts live in the database, so they are edited without redeploying code. A guide is included, and you can buy the kit in the shop.
For a small chatbot integration this base works well if the owner wants to see everything: tables, schedules, a log. For more complex schemes we build the platform as a separate service, as on the page about the Telegram chatbot.
n8n: when you need a visual scheme
We use n8n when it is easier to draw a scenario than to write code, or when the bot must be tied to your systems. We have a ready template for a Telegram Business bot with seven nodes: you import a JSON file and set it up from the description in about ten minutes. We also build n8n scenarios in the Automation service.
Is n8n required for the bot to work? No. Our bot platform is a separate service, not a chain of nodes. The tool comes in when the task is not about the dialog but about connecting the bot to the rest of your processes.
One brain and several channels
The platform is built so that a bot has one brain and several channels to people, and every message goes into a common log. Telegram and web chat are in work now. For email, classified ads, MAX and a WhatsApp bridge the routes exist, but readiness for your project is checked separately. The WhatsApp and MAX buttons in the web chat menu are links to your contacts in those services; more on the page about the website chatbot.
Managing bots through an API
Integrators have programmatic access: it is used to create bots and change their character, knowledge, model and settings. Our partner integrator already uses it. Chatbot integrations of this kind are discussed case by case, because access terms are not published on the site.
What is not on the list
We do not sell payment inside the chat as a ready function, so payment chatbot integrations are considered only for a specific task and are not promised in advance. Telephony and mass calling are also not on this list: voice agents are a separate service, covered in Voice AI agents.
The cost depends on the number of systems and the complexity of the exchange. Benchmarks are on the pricing page, and to name your combination, leave a request through contacts.
FAQ
Which CRMs do you work with?
The confirmed answer is our own CRM built for your process, plus exchange of requests through an API and webhooks. We settle the list of third-party systems in the brief.
Is n8n required for chatbot integration?
No, the bot platform runs as a separate service. We use n8n when a visual scheme is needed or when connecting to your systems.
Can I take the code and data?
For the CRM the code remains yours and runs on your server. Handover terms for the bot platform are set in the brief.
