We deploy your own web analytics system on your server — functionally like Yandex.Metrica or Google Analytics, but the data stays entirely with you and never goes to third parties. The work includes installing the analytics platform, connecting a tracker to your sites, setting up tracking of visits, traffic sources, search engines, countries, and top pages, plus configuring goals — leads, calls, purchases. We build a dashboard where you can see traffic by day, acquisition channels, and audience behavior on a single screen. If you have several sites, we bring them into a single panel split by project. What you get is full-fledged visit analytics that no one can switch off from above, and whose data belongs to you, not to an advertising platform.
How it really works
Analytics is assembled from three parts: a browser-side tracker, an event-collection server, and storage with a dashboard. A small tracking script on your pages records an event — a page load, a click-through, a goal completion — and sends it to your server, not to someone else's. The server side takes in the stream of events and stores them in a database optimized for analytical queries, so reports over millions of views build in a fraction of a second. The dashboard reads this data and shows the breakdowns: how many visitors, where they came from, which pages are popular, how many leads. Since the whole pipeline runs on your server, you're not subject to the limits, sampling, and rules of an external service, and the raw data is always available for your own analysis.
Where web analytics came from
The first tools for analyzing traffic grew out of parsing server logs: one of the first commercial solutions was WebTrends, which hit the market in 1995 and automated web server log analysis. The era of free mass-market analytics was opened by Google: in April 2005 it bought the company Urchin, and in November 2005 relaunched its product as Google Analytics. A privacy-focused alternative with data kept on your own side came from the open-source Piwik project, released in 2007 and renamed Matomo in 2018. In the Russian-speaking segment, Yandex.Metrica developed in parallel, becoming publicly available in 2009. Our service continues exactly the Piwik and Matomo line — web analytics that a company keeps in-house rather than handing its data to an external platform.
Why accuracy and privacy are critical
Web analytics is valuable exactly to the degree that it can be trusted and the data is under control. An error in configuring the tracker or goals distorts the picture — and advertising-budget decisions get made blindly, on wrong numbers. A separate problem with external services is sampling and limits: at large volumes, free platforms show approximate data rather than exact figures. Privacy here is not an abstraction: data about your customers' behavior, once it goes into an external advertising system, works for that system too, not only for you, and falls under someone else's retention rules. Your own analytics on your server removes both risks — you get exact, unsampled data and full control over it. We set up collection so that the metrics are correct and match reality.

The tracker goes on sites of any stack — from static pages to complex applications — and is configured for the goals and events you need. If needed, we connect the analytics data to your CRM or dashboard so that traffic and sales are visible in one place. The stack is open and deployed on your side: you own the tracker code, the raw data, and can move all of it to another server without losing history.
When the key tools appeared
Web analytics tools have evolved over thirty years. WebTrends, one of the first commercial analyzers, came out in 1995 based on log parsing. Google Analytics appeared in November 2005 after Google's purchase of the company Urchin in April of that year, and made analytics mass-market and free. The open-source Piwik, the future Matomo, came out in 2007 and set the standard for analytics with data kept on your own side. Yandex.Metrica became publicly available in 2009.
